Michael Greenlees

Michael Greenlees has been a director of A&F Co. since 2011.  He is a member of the Compensation and Human Capital Committee. Mr. Greenlees is currently the Chairman of Scoota, a privately-held programmatic advertising business based in the United Kingdom (August 2013 to present). He was previously the former member of the Board of Directors and an Executive Director of Ebiquity plc, a U.K.-based company providing data-driven insights to the global media and marketing community and listed on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market (December 2015 to April 2016); former Chief Executive Officer of Ebiquity plc (October 2007 to December 2015); and former Executive Vice President of Omnicom Group Inc., a holding company for a number of advertising and marketing services businesses (March 2001 to March 2003).
