Jay Rust

Jay Rust has served as Chief Human Resources Officer of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since August 2026. Prior to that, he served as Head of Global Human Resources of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. from October 2021 to April 2026. Mr. Rust has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility in the company’s human resources department since February 2013, including roles supporting employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, and other human resources functions. Mr. Rust started his career on the merchandising team of A&F Co.
