Jay Rust

Jay Rust has been head of Global Human Resources of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since October 2021. Mr. Rust has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility in the company’s human resources department since February 2013, including roles supporting employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, and other human resources functions. Mr. Rust started his career on the merchandising team of A&F Co.
