Each August, associates bring their kids to our Global Home Office for our annual Bring Your Kids to Work Day, a day filled with activities and opportunities to experience A&F Co. from behind the scenes. Associates show their little ones where they work and spend their days, while giving them a first-hand look at the exciting parts of working in retail.
Throughout the day, kids had the chance to choose from a wide range of activities designed to help them explore A&F Co. They joined photo shoots, toured an Abercrombie store, participated in wellness challenges, tested their retail knowledge with trivia, shared their thoughts on future product designs and more. For those looking to give back, philanthropic opportunities also gave kids a chance to learn more about our commitment to the community, including our support of the Kids Mental Health Foundation.
Bring Your Kids to Work Day gives associates a chance to share a little piece of their workday with their kids. This annual August tradition highlights the importance of balancing work and family, while giving kids an inside look at where their parents work and the many teams and roles that make up A&F Co.
