Ken Robinson

Ken Robinson has been a director of A&F Co. since 2021.  He is a member of the Audit and Finance Committee and the Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee. Mr. Robinson  served as Senior Vice President, Audit and Controls from 2016-2020 for Exelon Corporation, a Fortune 100 energy company with the largest number of electricity and natural gas customers  and was responsible for internal audit and financial controls. Prior to that, Mr. Robinson spent nearly four decades at The Procter & Gamble Company, a leading consumer goods company, where he held various positions in their consumer and industrial sectors across a wide range of functions. These positions included: Vice President, Global Diversity & Inclusion; Vice President, Finance; and Chief Audit Executive.

Mr. Robinson also serves on the board of Paylocity Holding Corporation, a leading provider of payroll and human capital management software solutions (March 2020 to present), and Occidental Petroleum Corporation, an international oil and gas exploration and production company.
