Helen McCluskey

Helen McCluskey has been a director of A&F Co. since 2019.  She currently serves as Chair of the Compensation and Human Capital Committee and is a member of the Audit and Finance Committee, and of the Executive Committee.

Ms. McCluskey was the President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of The Warnaco Group, Inc., a company that designed, sourced, marketed, licensed and distributed a broad line of intimate apparel, sportswear and swimwear products worldwide (February 2012 to February 2013), and the former Chief Operating Officer of The Warnaco Group, Inc. (September 2010 to February 2012). Following its acquisition of The Warnaco Group, she served as an independent director of PVH Corporation (February 2013 to June 2014).

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Signet Jewelers Limited, a retailer of diamond jewelry (August 2013 to present).
