But our brand’s commitment to teens goes beyond what they’re wearing.   In 2020, Hollister decided to make a national holiday dedicated to normalizing conversations around mental wellness. A&F Co. Camp Counselor Program

Inspired by a groundswell of associate enthusiasm and volunteerism, A&F Co. launched a five-year partnership with SeriousFun Children’s Network in 2016, a global community of camps and programs serving children with serious illnesses. As part of our overall commitment to SeriousFun, we began our Camp Counselor Program, allowing our global associates the opportunity to volunteer.

Celebrating Black History at A&F Co.

This year, the U.S. national theme for Black History Month was “Resistance.” A&F Co. followed suit by observing and reflecting on the topic of resistance with a lineup of programs, culminating in our marquee event, “Black Excellence Beyond the Resistance.”  First, our BIPOC and Allies Associate Resource Group (ARG) kicked off the month by holding.
