Our Leadership Development Program Internship provides a hands-on learning environment in which university students gain exposure to one of our full-time programs. The 10-week LDP internship includes intensive training, role immersion, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to make an impact on the business. In addition to gaining experience in corporate retail, interns will have a summer full of exciting team-building and social activities.
All LDP interns are paid and provided housing, as well as some of our full-time perks, including discounts for all A&F Co. brands, access to our gym, Global Home Office amenities and more. Our interns end the summer with a thorough understanding of the full-time Leadership Development Program and have early access to full-time job opportunities. College juniors who are working towards a bachelor’s degree and maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA are eligible to apply.
