Our Leadership Development Program welcomes full-time associates to the company annually and invests in their transition from university to career. The program features comprehensive training and ongoing career development through a custom curriculum, with a combination of instructor-led classes, on-the-job training, interactive presentations from senior leaders and direct mentorship.
Upon completion of the initial training, new hires are placed in critical areas of the business, where they collaborate with cross functional teams and are empowered to quickly make an impact at A&F Co. With promoting from within being a key part of our talent strategy, these programs have been designed to help shape future leaders of the company.
