For more than 20 years, Abercrombie & Fitch Co. has been a proud supporter of Nationwide Children’s Hospital. This nationally ranked pediatric medical center is dedicated to providing the highest quality care for all children—with a special focus on mental health—regardless of a family’s ability to pay. Nationwide Children’s, home to one of the nation’s largest pediatric behavioral health networks and The Kids Mental Health Foundation, is working to reach more children and families across the country with the help of partners like Abercrombie & Fitch Co.
The Nationwide Children’s Behavioral Health Crisis Services offers support through open lines of communication and dedicated support teams for patients and families in crisis, while The Kids Mental Health Foundation works to provide free educational resources for parents, educators and coaches. The foundation hopes that these tools can equip adults with the knowledge and support they need to educate their children on mental health proactively; before a concern or emergency occurs. A&F Co. is committed to advancing this work through a multi-year, $15 million pledge.
Nationwide Children’s is naming a new building in New Albany, Ohio, in recognition of Abercrombie & Fitch Co.’s support. The facility will house a new Close To HomeSM center, offering advanced urgent care services and imaging, specialty clinics, occupational, physical and speech therapy and lab services. Nationwide Children’s currently operates 24 Close To HomeSM centers in Ohio, and the New Albany facility is scheduled to open in 2027.
Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is proud to support Nationwide Children’s ongoing work to improve the health of children and young adults. The Kids Mental Health Foundation will also be one of A&F Co.’s impact partners for the retailer’s annual music festival and fundraiser, The Challenge, held in Columbus on September 19, 2025.
