Scott Lipesky

Scott Lipesky has been Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since May 2023. Mr. Lipesky also served as Chief Financial Officer of the company from October 2017 to November 2024. Mr. Lipesky joined the company in 2017 from American Signature Inc., a privately held home furnishings company, where he was CFO. His previous experience includes nine years with Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in a variety of finance roles of increasing responsibility, including CFO of the company’s Hollister brand, roles as corporate finance director with FTI Consulting, a global financial services advisory firm, and director of corporate business development with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he qualified as a CPA.
