Robert Ball Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Robert Ball has been Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since December 2025. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer from November 2024 to December 2025, and Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, and Treasury from May 2023 to November 2024. Mr. Ball joined Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in 2003 and has held several finance leadership positions with the company, including CFO of the Abercrombie & Fitch and abercrombie kids brands. He also led the transformation management office, and held roles of increasing responsibility in financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, and corporate finance. Before joining the company in 2003, Mr. Ball started his career as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch.
