Our annual Inclusion & Diversity Month took place in October, centered on the theme of “Creating Community, Building Belonging.” Throughout the month, associates around the globe engaged in experiences designed to deepen connections and reinforce our shared commitment to inclusion.
During our monthlong celebration, we explored the intersection of wellness, cultural heritage and belonging; recognizing that caring for ourselves and learning from one another strengthens the way we show up for our teams and our communities.
Across our global offices, stores and distribution centers, teams launched initiatives that strengthened connection, reflection and well-being. Our home offices participated in a series of wellness and community-building experiences, while more than 900 stores received Belonging Kits with reflection prompts and activities to spark meaningful dialogue. Distribution centers hosted wellness-focused luncheons that created space for team connection. We closed the month with a Global Cultural Food Festival, bringing together our associate population and our five Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) to honor cultural heritage and highlight the powerful role ARGs play in strengthening connection across our organization.
Our associates’ engagement is a reminder that belonging is a value and strength, and something we continue to build, together.
