Sarah Gallagher

Sarah Gallagher has been a director of A&F Co. since 2014.  She is a member of the Nominating and Board Governance Committee and the Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee. Ms. Gallagher was formerly the Executive Chairperson of Rebecca Taylor, a women’s apparel division of Kellwood Company (August 2014 to August 2015). Prior to that, she was the President of Ralph Lauren North America e-commerce, a subsidiary of a lifestyle brand (April 2007 to April 2013), as well as the former President of Ralph Lauren Media LLC (November 2001 to March 2007). Ms. Gallagher also serves on the board of La-Z-Boy Incorporated, a leading residential furniture manufacturer with wholesale and retail distribution (August 2016 to present).

Ms. Gallagher’s key qualifications include the following: Public Company Board Experience, Retail, Apparel, Omnichannel and Digital Commerce, Marketing/Branding and Corporate Governance.
